Build relationships with children in your care and continue to get experience in the field.What do we require?PROFESSIONAL---You must have at least 3 (three) years of childcare experience (nanny experience preferred) At least three childcare referencesAttend mandatory training on a quarterly basis as needed and remain coachable.DEPENDABLE----Families rely on our services for consistent and often last-minute requests. It is imperative that all back-up care nannies be committed to your scheduled shifts as families depend on you to provide care.EXPERIENCE---- As a back-up nanny, you will have experience working with a range of different ages. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in the field as a nanny.
