Training Assistant

Overview:We are seeking an enthusiastic Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in working with facility management, strength & conditioning, one on one training, and team practices.Responsibilities:- Assist in organizing and managing our facility schedule, while maintaining the role of primary greeter when athletes come into our facility.- Support our trainers and coaches.- Help manage athlete behavior and ensure a safe training environment.- Collaborate with experienced coaches/trainers in sports coaching sessions.- Participate in co-leading strength & conditioning classes when needed.Experience:- Preferred experience working in customer service.- Some knowledge of the sports baseball and softball.- Previous experience in sports coaching and/or receptionist duties is beneficial.This is an unpaid internship, but if an intern can provide us with a reliable schedule and work ethic their is an opportunity for payment.
