The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning and maintenance services to our clients, ensuring their properties are clean, well-maintained, and safe.Responsibilities:Perform window cleaning services for residential and commercial properties, including interior and exterior windows, frames, and sills.Conduct carpet cleaning using industry-standard equipment and techniques, removing stains, dirt, and allergens to restore carpets to a pristine condition.Execute air duct cleaning procedures to remove dust, debris, and contaminants, improving indoor air quality and HVAC system efficiency.Complete general home maintenance services according to annual maintenance plan.Conduct dryer vent cleaning services to prevent fire hazards and improve dryer performance.Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others.Utilize cleaning products, tools, and equipment efficiently and effectively to achieve optimal results.Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and address any concerns or requests.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of assignments.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.Good physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.Benefits:Competitive compensation package.Opportunities for professional development and advancement.Positive and supportive work environment.Join our team at Bundl and play a vital role in delivering exceptional cleaning and maintenance services to our clients.
