HR Specialist

Assists with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties. Implements new hire orientation, by scheduling meetings for smooth new-hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional onboardings’ experience. Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource activities including but not limited to leave, maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper, receiving the requested papers from the new hires, ensure that all the papers are ready for the social insurance procedures and medical insurance after the probation period. Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations. Responsible for clearing travel and residency papers. Maintains compliance with local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance. Requirements Bachelor's Degree from any reputable university. 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist. Exposure to labor law and employment equity regulations. Effective HR administration and people management skills. Full understanding of HR functions and best practices. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Experience in software industry .
